At Foxcroft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
